Retail Associate / Store Clerk (Full-Time)
Colker Janitorial Supply is a second-generation, family-owned wholesale distributor of cleaning products, paper supplies, and janitorial equipment. Headquartered in Pittsburgh, with locations in Indiana and Johnstown, PA, we pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and industry leadership.
We are looking for a full-time Retail Associate to join our small, energetic team at our flagship store in the Strip District.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service by sharing product knowledge, supporting sales, and maintaining a positive attitude.
Accurately handle cash, credit, and account transactions.
Respond to customer questions regarding pricing, quality, and product use.
Assist with merchandising, restocking, and maintaining a clean, inviting store.
Help with phone orders and Will Call pickups as needed.
Stay up to date on new products and industry trends to better serve customers.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Perform regular physical tasks, including standing, lifting, bending, and walking.
Qualifications
A motivated, customer-oriented attitude.
Strong computer and point-of-sale skills.
Dependable self-starter with a strong work ethic.
Experience in the janitorial industry is a plus.

Customer Service Associate (Full-Time)

We are known for exceptional customer service and long-standing relationships with our customers.
We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Associate to join our team. This role serves as a primary point of contact for customers, supporting order processing, invoicing, and account inquiries while working closely with internal departments to ensure a high level of service.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and process customer orders.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, products, pricing, SDS sheets, labels, and account updates.
Set up new customer accounts and provide customer quotes.
Review prepared invoices for accuracy prior to delivery or distribution.
Research orders not delivered from the previous day and coordinate resolutions.
Support contract and warranty repair requests, including required documentation.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Proficient computer skills and comfort working in order-entry ERP systems
Ability to perform basic math calculations, including discounts and percentages
Self-starter with a strong work ethic
Prior customer service or order processing experience preferred
